APPOINTMENTS &
CANCELLATIONS

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule to avoid a charge of up to 100% of the service. Appointments made within 24 hours may be changed or canceled at least 4 hours prior.

For straightening services (Magic Sleek, Japanese Relaxer, Keratin), a 50% deposit is required and 48 hours’ notice is needed for cancellation. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

 

We will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your appointment.

 

PAYMENT

Hopscotch accepts cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards. Gratuities are accepted in cash or check. Some stylists also accept Venmo or Zelle. ​

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

While we do not offer refunds for services, we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment.
