A. A re-touch costs as much as the first time process because the same amount of time is allocated for a re-touch, along with the same product usage.

Q. SHOULD I USE A CERTAIN SHAMPOO OR CONDITIONER?

A. Yes. The straightening company makes a line of support shampoos and conditioners.

Q. IS THE PROCESS SAFE TO DO MORE THAN ONCE?

A. Yes, protein conditioners and protective creams are used to protect already processed hair.

POST TREATMENT REMINDERS:

• Do not shampoo for 72 hours.
• Do not tuck your hair behind ears within those 72 hours.
• Do not clip hair or put into a ponytail within those 72 hours.
• Do not wear a hat within those 72 hours.
• Do not color hair for 14 days before or after your treatment.
